I have a subcontractor who tried to backdoor me on some work and try to take my cut and I found out about it.
My client is solid and does not fukk with snake ass people so he told me.

I send an email and text message to my subcontractors when jobs come up and they respond if they are interested in working the projects.

I have sent out 10 jobs over the past few weeks and dude always calls me and says "Hey man can I get on this project?"

I always say, "I hear you man, I'll holla at you bro."

He knows a bunch of the other subs and they are telling him the projects are rolling and they can barley keep up with the work and are eating.

He keeps calling saying he heard we can take more subs and he is ready to work. I just say "I hear you man, I'll holla at you bro."
