I got back 14k total one year.

Some went to savings. Bought a new washer/dryer, traded in my car and paid off some bills.

You are correct about that. I have a meeting with a financial planner set up for March. I have to find better shelters. I’m getting destroyed in taxes and haven’t invested enough.

usually if u getting that much back,

you're letting the govt take the max out

better to let the govt take less out, and u pay at the end of the year

so you can make % off the money over the year

i say this too but honestly some people are so shyt at saving money that letting the government hold it for 12 months is probably the best thing that ever happened to them once they file and get it all back.
