You're not wrong, a lot of nikkas on here don't even know about DARPA and their connections to google etc. but calling nikkas dumb and rejecting any idea without investigation is the coli way:francis:
You're right, books like "The Pentagon's Brain" should be required reading alongside a host of other books that show a world few people even dream about. An Air Force guy I know is writing about the ties between US actions and extremist groups that has a lot to say about some underground stuff.

DARPA articles come with a 5-10 year minimum delay.
They've prob had this tech since the Gulf War

The whole "government\corporations\New World Order/lucifer" is gonna track our movements and transactions has interestingly evolved as it did with technology.

Eons ago it was tattoos, then social security cards, then credit cards, microchips stuck for so long thanks to Regan Conservative Christian America, the coming Milineium and the rise of Militia and Soveiegn Citizen movements of the 90's.

People are paranoid, they think their disgusting private dirt is under the eyes of the government and they also fear being controlled.
Any way their imagination can run with it, it will.
The Edward Snowden, NSA whistleblowing was like icing on the cake for a lot of conspiracy theorists.
Eh. I've never worried about it :yeshrug:
I can't wait to see the next iteration :mjlol:
That being said, there have been "decision-tracking" projects that have become more accurate, basically trying to predict movements through feeding massive amounts of data is becoming a reality. Not that I care, again, but it is pretty cool.

Remember when cats were setting themselves on fire.

I think it all started with that plank challenge.
