I made the jump to diet and zero a long time ago when I realised that the after taste myth is a lie. Initially, I was worried about aspartame but my uncle who's a biologist said you would literally have to drink gallons of diet sodas everyday for years in order to get aspartame poisoning.

I dont like diet pop, but coke zero and sprite zero are kinda piff. I don't really drink any pop that much anyways, so if I wanted, I could probably have a regular pop if I wanted with no issue.

I see fat fukks like sipping on regular sodas with copious amount of sugar when damn every brand have a diet version. Coke Zero tastes exactly like a regular Coke. It has 0 calories.

Believe it or not while it may not have calories it still has the same effect on the body insulin spikes and so on and will still cause you to retain.

Cause that shyt tastes nasty. Diet versions NEVER taste like the real thing. I don't understand how people can drink those things.

I hardly drink sodas, but when I do, I choose the real version. Otherwise, I will just drink water. Same with beer, I don't fukk with the watery garbage called light beer.
