Black strap molasses has the lowest sugar content of any molasses and is not that high.

Veggies do contain sugar.

Example corn has 5 g of sugars
While blackstrap molasses has12.2 grams of sugar .

I eat oatmeal, rice, natural peanut butter, fish, lean meats , whole wheat bread. Apples, clementines, yogurt, whole grains, beans etc.

I only drink water and the odd French vanilla

You can get the nutrients elsewhere, but black molasses is high in sugar - and sugar gets converted to fat.

Veggies don't contain sugar, so while you can get antioxidants from fruits, they also increase your sugar levels.

What other food do you eat other than molasses and oats because you can't really have that for breakfast, lunch and dinner as "meals"...but with veggies, you can make a salad and add protein to it plus you can add fruits to salad (spinach, kale goes well with fruits)...and dairy (feta cheese etc).

And :manny:, living a 4,000 sq foot house taking care of utilities and buying groceries for six months of the year alone beats a a corny ass bachelor apt in the slums of americ any day of the week.

Looking at it a bit more, the only thing I see that would be hurt by avoiding veggies even with a balanced diet is your ph rating. But some sources say it's not a big deal and body adjusts itself, so who knows.

Iceberg lettuce isn't as great as Kale and Spinach. You're right. Romaine lettuce, however, has some benefits. You're right though, the darker the greens, the better, typically...

Actually for pH levels your diet should be 75 percent alkaline based foods and 20 percent acidic

Fruits for the alkaline and you can balance out the other portion with seeds, coconut and nuts and of course black strap molasses and other supplements.

For acidic diary and meats
