What's the point of even having the race track anymore?

Race bating troll threads have been flooding different forums, mainly TLR, and I'm just wondering at this point whats the point of even having that subforum? half the shyt popping up is straight trolling threads but none of the mods even seem to care at this point, here's a few i can remember off top of my head from the past 2 days

This is a cool site and if you guys would crack down on this trash I know more people would sign up or post more often. These race trolls need to be stopped from spewing their garbage in other forums other than the TLR and the race track.
