I think you might be right in this case - price drops may not be as likely in a year as they usually are.

Yeah... I don't think it's like it's disadvantageous to cop day 1, but to say there are "no advantages" to waiting is just
There are advantages for both, but for me it comes down to last gen fatigue. I really didn't get excited about too many games this year. I've been using the same harware for 8 years
But with the next gen systems, although there aren't any groundbreaking classic games, I think each game is offering an experience I couldn't have last gen.
And in the case of the X1 the U.I. And entertainment integration stuff is a huge improvement over anything I've ever used.
I'm just excited for some new shyt to play with
no "next gen" games yet, work the bugs out, maybe a price reduction or more incentives to purchase.
at least these were my reasons before the hype kicked in. although one thing i know about ps+, it's better to get in on the ground floor to collect all of the free games. if you wait a year to get on, that's at least 12 games you're throwing away.

That's likely. But it's not a given and not everyone that's waiting agrees with your, nor is it the only reason I gave.

thats because there were no games for xbox 360. however, now that you made a thread about exchanging your broken xbox 360, i understand why your xbl playlist was bone dry.servers are shyt for all platforms apparently
my homies been complaining about it since it dropped for pc
i had zero urge to cop a ps4 until like the launch week but after reading and hearing from friends...theres just no need for me to cop a ps4 right now or an xbox one

that has nothing to do with what i said, but makes no sense you have to spend anything on an xbox. you, smooth, courtney, should be getting xboxes on the house
