What's the problem with watching cartoons?

Some people have this opinion that you're not grown enough if you watch cartoons. I don't watch tv anymore but when i did i used to watch basically sports and cartoons. What kind of mature content program should i be watching though? Movies, news, reality shows?

I feel u. Pretty much every stonee is down for cartoons though. I dont understand the whole pride in being a "adult" especially when ur my age and your barely an adult. Besides the only 5 watchable channels besides the expensive movie oned are espn, weather channel, cartoon network, amc, and mayb tnt. U could say spike an fx an comedy central but the shows on those channels are overrated imo especially comedy central.

Only problem with watching cartoons is they are not as good as the old school ones.

I can't get into Cartoons other than the Adult Swim ones when I'm high.
Aren't there a big number of adults that watch Cartoon Network cartoons? (like Regular Show, Adventure Time etc)
