Im guessing that you want more fat than muscle because you are a female so I would say that you dont need too much more protein.

  • Eat high calorie foods (preferably calories from carbs) Ex: Bananas, Apples are high in carbs
  • Nuts/Seeds are high in calories and proteins
  • If you want to gain weight but in the right places :shaq:, I would suggest doing variant squat exercises and core work. Do not do too much cardio or you will work off the calories you need to gain weight.
