What's the real story behind Panda?

So I'm checking out an interview with the producer Menace who did the beat for Panda and he said that he never heard the record until it was on the radio. I understand that Designer leased the beat from him and made the song and it just took off but how did the song get on radio? They have lots of songs with millions and millions of plays on youtube that never get to radio and from what I understand you have to have money behind a record to get radio play, how did this make it? Who broke the record? What's this site's connection to the track? Does Panda post here?

I'm gonna need receipts because i vividly remember that shyt charting AFTER Kanye dropped it. That song was not on radio out here, then exactly 1-2 days later I heard it on our hip hop station. The song might have blown on its own, but Kanye straight handed that dude tier 1 promotion and pushed that shyt to the masses in one swoop - it didn't have to grind up the charts like oouu, Versace, shmurda, some type of way...etc
