18. Strongly encourage all kids to start a business in their youth and save their money so they can start their adult lives as independently as possible out the gate.

18 may not always work out, but it should always been the aim.

Depends on what your home life is like. I really stopped going around home at 14. My dads grimey, he has cash but he doesn't share. Moms an addict so i was like fukk it. That was the right age for me.

But if you have a good home situation theres nothing wrong with staying till 20-25. If your parents are wealthy there is no rush and your better of stacking your paper so that you can get your own house straight out the gate instead of blowing all that money on rent.

When you can afford to. Have some money in the bank first at least $5k and have a true idea of your living expenses.

When you can afford to AND your life circumstances dictate it.

Even if you can afford to, it's in your best interest to stay home and stack. It is more challenging socially, but often times still manageable, then when you do need to move out (ready to start a family) you'll be in a much better place.
