I don;t think I ever really saw a video I thought was sad. I have heard sad songs or even songs/videos that may not have been sad themelves but made me feel sad because of something unrelated or just a personal experience I tie a song to.

This song reminds me of that song Runaway Love by Luda where like it was 3 sad stories, and like 2 of them were of innocent white girls being beaten and raped and the 3rd was a black girl being a thot and getting pregnant by Naymond from The Wire

Anyways, I always hated try hard sad songs like that that just did that on purpose without any conviction
