Their parents generation, 70s and 80s babies mostly already all weary and defeated..handing down that defeatism to their offspring :manny:

Very interesting. Like the African proverb, charity begins at home.
Also don't you think society's attitude towards stereotypical gender roles plays a part in that as well
black parents nowadays have to walk on eggshells teaching their sons to be masculine
