What’s next for participants in the trial of Willie D. Clark
And there's many more that weren't listed in that article that got their fed time cut for testifying in that state case.
You realize that these cases are connected right? The murders are related to the federal charges. Also, if you notice it's not a secret that these people are snitching. Do you have nay evidence whatsoever that TI snitched? Anything except speculation?

Not once did i say T.I. snitched. Go back and look at what i bolded. Never claimed that TIP snitched. Just putting it out there that you can get your sentence with the feds reduced if you help out a state case. Happens plenty of times breh. Just search it on google and you'll see plenty examples. Once again, never claimed tip snitched.

Ok. But in my experience unless the crimes are somehow connected, the Feds won't normally give you a break on their case just because you testify as a lay witness on an unrelated case in state court. For those people using TI's testimony in Ohio as a reason why he got a deal on his fed gun case in Georgia, I just don't see it.

like i said before.... THAT'S fukkING SNITCHING

now you can say it's OK to snitch in that situation... but first off... he did have something to do with it cause he started the damn fight

and second... you can't be a street nikka one minute and a "do the right thing and tell the cops" nikka the next

i don't know what's so hard to understand about this... if you get up, go to work, live a normal life, don't get into trouble, mind your business.... you are an innocent bystander and by all means... tell tell tell

if you are selling crack, bragging about how you sold crack, went to jail, riding around with guns, trying to beat nikkas up in the club, and then someone gets at you.... don't suddenly turn into "i'm innocent" and "i need to help the police"

was you helping the police when you was selling that crack? was you helping them when you was buying illegal guns? was you helping them when you kicked a guy out the group for being an informant? was you helping them when you got angry when nikkas said you snitched? NO you wasn't

this is exactly how i know y'all nikkas never been in the streets....

yes you have to come to court.... no they cannot prove what you remember and do not remember

"i do not recall said events sir"

will get you off of ANY testimony... because in order to prove you're lying... they would have to somehow PROVE that you do remember.... and how the hell can somebody prove what you remember in your own brain

but again... a nikka who never had to approach the stand and lie to get his man out of trouble, wouldn't know about shyt like that

this is from the god damn US Dept of Justice:

Don’t Set Yourself Up For Error
Unless certain, don’t say “That’s all of the conversation” or “Nothing else happened”. Instead say, “That’s all I recall,” or “That’s all I remember happening”. It may be that after more thought or another question, you will remember something important.

Tips For Testifying In Court | USAO-MDPA | Department of Justice

for the millionth time... if you want to excuse his snitching.... that's perfectly fine

but TI is not a citizen or innocent bystander.... he's a criminal who commited criminal acts, before and during being a rapper.... who turned right around and got on the stand... and told 28 mins worth of details about other criminal acts

fukk is the discussion about?

I suppose he simply had a plethora of efficient lawyers who managed to keep his freedom intact.

While I did question some things regarding him quickly getting out (and 50 didn't make it any better); it's not my life so I just let it be.

But any evidence of him snitching is probably in the same safe with the tape of Lil Flip dissing him while he was in jail. :duck:

there used to be a FULL video of his testimony where he went through the whole night.... mysteriously it can't be found anywhere anymore

even on worldstar.... they took it down but the page is still up

www.worldstarhiphop.com/videos/video.php?v=wshh4He9Il86k91UxuJ8

According to the Associated Press, the rapper was present at a Cincinnati courtroom today (November 21) where he described the shoot-out his entourage had with prime suspect Hosea Thomas. Tip told jurors he took cover in a van as it was layered with bullets during a wild vehicle chase.

now what you'll say is... "b-b-b-b-b-but his friend was killed so it's not snitching"

forgetting that it was TI who started the fight with the gunman in the club... and TI who bought all the guns to go get this man.... and TI who talks about how he grew up slanging in the streets and shyt

so he wasn't some citizen... but a felon, a criminal, and a nikka who got this shyt jumping in the first place... then when caught with guns, turned around and told the whole damn story

lol @ the editing of this video, was this TIs reality show pilot? :D

"I've seen his docket report and while there's nothing like a motion for downward departure, which sometimes appears in the docket of cooperating defendants, there are several sealed motions right before his sentencing, which could very well contain motion for Rule 35 or 5k1, which are the downward departures based upon cooperation. I really don't know, but I'd learn towards those sealed motions containing something like that. If he released his PSR (Pre Sentence Report) it would also fully clear or fully incriminate him."-from another thread
