Mania 27 build was actually good, the early Rock vs Cena stuff was good, so was hhh vs Taker.

It's this year, at least the worst since 23

Has to be WM 7. Warrior's push to the top/supplant Hogan didn't work, he got demoted. Sargent Slaughter gets brought back as an Iraqi supporter, which causes ticket sales to plummet and the first WM to get cancelled and moved into an arena where they only sold 16k tickets. And Hogan went over in the main event.

We've had good builds that didn't do good business (13), bad builds that did good business (twice in a lifetime), but this was a bad build that did bad business.

31 the show ended up delivering. You never would've guessed by the build tho because it was WOAT. Brock and Reigns have tug of wars over the title while Heyman proclaims Roman as the GOAT. HHH/Sting that sometimes was sometimes wasn't about the Monday Night Wars. Everybody stealing the IC belt off each other. Bray Wyatt cutting his usual promos about an Undertaker who didn't even show up till Mania. Lots of people were expecting the worst Mania ever because of how lame this all was.
