What's up with nikkas not keeping they dogs on chains/leashes?

Homebody had a dog not too long the neighbors pits across the street sent him to see his maker. He called the animal catchers and they took them away. The same neighbors wouldn't even speak to him anymore after that

Scene had me crying lol
I don't understand dog owners and if I was in charge of making laws they would be banned
Knowing how CACS used them on our ancestors always made me have a dislike for them.

If that's your neighborhood, you have to do something about the situation before those dogs attack somebody (hopefully not somebody in your family).

My late buddy and I were super close but about as different as two friends could be. We each had problems with loser dog owners endangering people in our areas. I went the legal route. The pits in my man's neighborhood mysteriously died one after the other.
