Nah, they aren't free. You rent them, and you track/pay/activate them through an app. I wondered about them myself a few weeks ago cuz I ain't trust it lol. shyts just appeared outta nowhere.

I been scooter gang for a few years now since they came out. I’m one of the dudes people hate cause I be weaving in and out of traffic and shyt, transitioning from sidewalk to street and back again. People be looking like

But at this point, they so normal in the city don’t nobody be tripping. All the young nikkas be trapping all day on them hoes selling weed and pills. The used to be 24 hours in Atlanta but they shut that shyt down like 2 summers ago. We used to get on them hoes and hit Edgewood and all the Lil bars and shyt downtown/midtown. But yeah the city hated like some hoes.

My homie actually just got hit on one of them hoes. Dude In a wheelchair right now and can’t walk or nothing. Breh adventurous ass done had motorcycle accidents and shyt before and said this hurt the worst. But he gonna be straight after a while. Dude actually got hit by a Marta bus so he bout to get paid, but that’s why he so fukked up lol

It was real crazy in DC before they put the speed limiters on a couple of years ago
You use to be able to get up to 20 mph on the Limes then the complaints got too loud and DC passed a law that they couldn’t go over 10 mph
they also auto shutdown when you get too close to restrictive areas like the White House
You can buy them outright for cheap now
the electric batteries have come along way especially for the E-bikes

She was still fine for a chick missing a tooth and black eye. She wasn’t fond of me crackin tf up when I seen her though

Dallas banned them last year but I think they're coming back. They were a huge problem where I lived in Uptown and near my job downtown. They were abandoned everywhere. I felt terrible for a guy is going down a sidewalk in his wheelchair. He had to go out into the street to get around it.
