They randomly popped up in Springfield

They are everywhere in San Diego. Most of the accidents happen around Gaslamp , and the beaches. Usually people hauling ass in the street and get tagged by a car, or pedestrian

The city is even making parking spaces for that shyt

The only time I’ve used a scooter was when I visited San Diego.
