Giving good reviews doesn't draw traffic.

And it's not just videogames, everyone does it because controversy gets clicks for people who fall for the bait to get mad. All these editors and cats who run sites just want to get the traffic there ...one way or another. And the easiest way to do that is clickbait reviews, salacious headlines, etc.
