Ive never searched either of those names on any of those sites and wouldnt. Rich Homie Quan's My type of Way is charting on the billboard Hot 100 currently and his success was as organic as you'll get in this day and age. He made a hot song that started buzzing around Atlanta and grew from there (obviously no unknown artist will get where he's at w/o some kind of string pulling but that doesnt make you an industry plant).
