Living in DC and Baltimore for a few years in the last decade...the appeal is almost obvious....its expensive to get own and maintain a car ESPECIALLY if you are a teenager and in some places these vehicles don't necessarily require a driver's license.....so they are are inexpensive to purchase, may not require insurance, and dangerously deliciously fun (according to wheelies and loud noises emanating from them).......

ATVs are cool as hell and fun.shyt is on four wheels so i feel more secure than on motorcycle.
