Dang didn’t expect all this hate on people with tattoos
I can't get jiggy with them. Better yall than me
I used to be like this when I was 14-15.
I thought everything popular was inherently bad. Now I just accept that some things are just not for me.
This tattoo shyt really took off when Wiz Khalifa first came out.
same breh..not neck tats.
definitely sleeves..but that would look very tacky in a corporate leadership role. Plus i might have tattoo regret when i'm 50.
but at my gym EVERYONE has tattoos. I'm in the minority.
I can say with confidence I'm better than anyone with an ass tattoo, no question
I'm not tatted, but what did you think of Nipsey Hussle? He had A LOT of tattoos.
People wanna feel unique, while doing the same thing everyone is doing
OP gets no buns. Confirmed
Tattoos are for weak fakkits.
Identify myself for the government? Fukka outta here
The oldest tattoos we've found clearly had societal implications.
Records and oral traditions from surviving societies point to tattooing being an early form of record keeping/history keeping.
Tattoo culture in the US is intertwined w/ military culture, and even those tattoos had a literal "meaning" particularly the early Naval ones.
Gang culture had a backing for their tattoos, and it was the same kind of micro-cosmic social reasoning that the early cultures had, in some ways.
Most of modern White American tattoo culture is purely for social elevation, and both cringeworthy and heavily regretted. Hence tattoo removal becoming such a massive industry.
