The pants won't work miracles; if there's not much there before the pants, there wont be much after. You can check these reviews on amazon to see how they look on a variety of body types. I brought my wife some. For some reason, its like that texture/pattern just begs to be touched, however, they look better than they feel. Unfortunately, I don't have pictures of her in the pants as she doesn't take pictures like that, but she isn't too far from the examples in the OP.
