constipation is definitely a worse feeling to have, however if you got diarrhea it makes it really hard to do anything outside of your home until it goes away.

If you ever been constipated to the point you thought you might need to go to the hospital you would never compare diarrhea to it. I had surgery and was on some opioids for pain management which are known to cause constipation. Like 2 days post op I haven’t gone to shyt but was still eating and drinking normally. When I sat on that toilet I legit thought my only option was to dawn some gloves and mine the shyt outta my ass or go to the hospital. I end up taking hella miralax and Docusate that day and waited it out tilt the next day.

I got the one off diarrhea quite a few times over the years, most recently when I got it I had to shyt in the woods One time I couldn't make it home in time and pooped in my pants, ruined my Addias sweatpants and Nike sneakers
