you gotta be VERY mindful of who/what you interact with on both platforms. It’s not like here where you pick the thread and post to interact with and get to keep it moving for the most part.
That algorithm will fukk your shyt up and flood your timeline with all kinds of negative angry shyt if you show it interest
Twitter is more of a listening tool for content anyway since almost everyone is yelling on there

IG is visual, you can just focus on that and ignore everything else.
If you IG feed is full of bullshyt, that's on you.
Twitter for the most part is just idiots babbling all day.

I would argue twitter is actually better. You do have the option to turn off people you follows' retweets whereas IG just shows you random shyt from every person you follow out of time order. You can mute and block people so you don't see their mentions to you at all. I don't think IG will let you do anything but block people and turn off comments on your own posts.
Creating an enjoyable twitter experience is probably more work than just looking at shyt you mostly like on IG but I think it's worth the effort. And at times, the fukkery exceeds anything I have seen on here. There's been some really epic shyt over there.
Now not as much, but I think that's also because a lot of the people I used to follow for fukkery just grew out of it. Idk

Of course you got ppl fake flexin and being social media weird for clout on IG but twitter is worse...ppl stingy with the likes/interaction even if your page is open. IG you can at least get minimal interaction
