To get it and to lose it...especially when you know that you lost it forever. It leaves just an empty feeling inside of you when you finally understand how valuable the person or thing that you had.

I, to a certain extent, live in the past. I'm a very nostalgic dude that doesn't take my past friendships, relationships, altercations, etc. etc. for granted.

If I lost it all, (yes, it would be sad) my memories would help a lot.

As someone who's been there and back, and there and back again, and is coming off a pretty devastating loss....it's definitely worse to have and to have lost, like dude said, an empty horrible feeling...like fukk, it's like you can almost still touch it. So, someone like a guy I grew up with, makes 1800 a month lives with parents, is engaged wife plus newborn in the same house...he doesn't know the life I know, and he doesn't give a fukk. It's not bad for him, the way it is for me. But, if I am not intervened upon...I'll be right back with it, I have done it before, but fukk sometimes it's like how many more do I have in me?
