If it's God choice than why waste your time at all by praying. God is going to decide who lives and dies anyway right?

I'd agree it helps the family deal with the loss. That's been tested and proven since it calms you down
I did. So you think prayer only "helps" but didn't do all the work? And you get offended when people suggest it was all the work of chemo and drugs?
FIRST, you don't know where anyone is going because that's between God and the person. Also, I think being Atheist is worse because they look miserable. Every Atheist I've encountered gave off this smug vibe. Also, believer of what exactly? What's a bad believer? I have no issues with Atheist's, but I couldn't be one or be involved. Atheism is a religion in itself in my opinion because they believe deeply that there's a lack of proof of God. In my opinion, I feel that everyone needs some sort of spirituality.Both y'all goin to or through hell.
Is it better to believe in god(s) or live as an atheist?
If you are going to live as a good person, why not adhere to a faith?

I live my life with a smile on my face and contentment in my life choices and family. There's no smugness about it. You're mixing with the wrong crowd.

I don't really hang with anyone, but I'm saying who I came across on the street or at school. However, I've met a few cool non-believers, but my encounters with most weren't good.
