I think people that do sex with too many people have a hard time connecting/being satisfied with one person and will always need to be with different people to be happy. and also health reasons, unless you test everyone you sleep with before you sleep with them (that means every time you sleep with them not just once) you will be at a higher risk of having a disease and no one likes diseases. Other than that it's not really "wrong" it's just gross.

And I don't think your double standard explanation is accurate. If it was, men who didn't fulfill their end of the deal wouldn't be applauded. For instance, men who don't court nor treat women like a prize are exalted as 'alphas' by men. The truth is the double standard doesn't exist as some way to benefit men and women mutually at all, its entirely for men and its allowed because this is a sexist society.

That has shown the charisma, charm, and confidence that it would take to get with multiple women. The funny thing is, Idris himself said that women didn't want him until he was famous. Will you take struggling Idris Elba who couldn't get a car, let alone a date, or rich and suave Idris, the one every woman is dreaming about? You don't have to answer that.

The double standard exists not as a mutually beneficial construct, but as a side effect from the desires of those at the top of the food chain. Both genders have benefits, and for women, they get approached and pursued. Who asks who to get married? Who pays for dates? That's all an extension of women being put on pedestals by men, and with that, comes the expectation that they conduct themselves differently than men do when it comes to sex, and how freely they engage in it. You can't strip away one part of the system without breaking the whole thing down, including the pedestals and courtship that women have gotten used to.

And for some reason, I get the idea that most women don't want to do that.

I think the idea is that men don't want what could be characterised as "a lot of mens' leftovers."
Relationships are still about "value," and that value comes in the form of intelligence, understanding, moral standards, career, and a feeling of exclusivity.
You may be in a monogamous relationship, but when your girl has 50+ bodies, a lot of men don't feel comfortable with that.
They aren't getting anything special, just like a secret that's been told again and again loses it's luster, so does sex with somebody who has already smashed 1/4 of the county.
I'm not sure how women feel about men on this issue because I'm a guy, and don't really care to know, I have a very low body count and am not ashamed of it

Men and women are different. They have different physiologies, different brains, different evolutionary paths, and different responsibilities in reproduction. Men don't carry this "slut" stigma as strongly as women do, for these very reasons.

Just about? I'd like to hear specifically what you're referring to. Physiology....a stretch. I was referring to, you know, the difference between testicles and ovaries, etc. I don't think phenotype would fall under physiology in that context, but maybe. Brains? In what way? There has been some controversial research done on the difference between races and I'd like to know what you believe in. Evolutionary paths? Depends. I was being extremely general myself there, admittedly. Regardless, if you believe in a theory besides Out-Of-Africa I'd like to hear it. Finally, responsibility in reproduction....really the most important differential that I referred to, and coincidentally, really the only one that we can be certain is not different between races.
