There's plenty of Muslims who don't have Arabic or foreign names. I know of many. Many white people, black people, with names like Murphy, Jackson, etc.

The Feds tap our phones, monitor our online usage, etc. So its already being done on a much wider scale than just us.

Or more accurately, have never been off the list... Black folks were and still are getting stopped, searched, profiled detained, etc, more than Muslims, even now. That's why it kills me to see Black people supporting it for Muslims, just like it annoys me when Muslims suddenly get all up in arms about it in this post-9/11 context without mentioning Black folks or the history of Black activism against it (something that happens disappointingly often among non-Black, South Asian/Middle Eastern/Central Asian Muslim activists.)
