Androgyny is making a rapid comeback. By the start of 2014 we'll be back here at this rate

At some point the U.S government stopped trying to fight hiphop and invested millions in the parent labels like Sony,Universal,Warner,Viacom because they realized they could control the youth that was as opposed to being something that the youth wanted to rebell against. If you own a significant stock in Warner then you have say so if they promote this kind of image which the fatherless black youth will follow. If you're against African American masulinity then it's in your best interest to control the record label and promote these kinds of artist. That way you don't have to worry about another 2pac or Public Enemy coming out. The enemy is smart.

Dead @ these :flabbynsick: ass nikkas thinking some corny ass rappers represent an ENTIRE generation.

I could just as easily say nikkas like Prince represent yall generation :russ: :dead:

Androgyny did respresent the 80's for sure. From Prince to Morris Day and the Time to MJ to Boy George and George Micheal. No doubt about it that the early to late 80's were repped by Androgynistic men. However my generation was in the 90's. After 89 when NWA blew up that shyt no longer had a place in urban music. Why are these nikkas bringing it back is the question. Back in the 80's them nikkas didn't know any better. What's the excuse now?
