What's ya'll logic on getting tickets for NOT wearing a seatbelt?

Just got one and got to thinking about it.

There is no reason to be ticketed for putting no one in danger other myself IN MY CAR. No swerving, no running lights/stop signs, no endangering pedestrians.

Are nikkas ticketed for not putting locks on the internal doors of their house?
Are nikkas ticketed for attempted suicide?

I felt like this nikka was ing and had a quota.

I was just thinking about this yesterday.

Some 'click it or ticket' commercial came on and I started thinking to myself.

"Why do they show these commercials?"

Like are they showing them to warn people to wear seatbelts so they wont get tickets? But why would they do that, because the more tickets they write the more money the police make and shyt like that. So i came with another theory that they actually are those commercials and shyt as some kind of way to make people fear cops again, and show people that cops still have power over them

This. Crazy thing is the nikka waited til I turned into my apt complex. "nikka, I WAS HOME SUCCESSFULLY" and then the nikka threw on the lights!
