I'm not even sure if you can buy oxtail in the same places that you can buy prime steak, lol. It's funny cause I gotta seek out liver these days.

Oxtail really used to be poor people food. Skirt steak aka fajita meat used to be cheap too. Chicken wings used to be cheap. Dumb cheap.

Honestly, eggs have creeped up in price during COVID, and haven't went back down, that's even considering inflation. Like there's been a permanent shift in how much profit that businesses think they should take. And probably not outright collusion, but low key cooperation.

I dated this Creole girl one time, and she made me some oxtail. Not even sure what she did to it, but it was great. (She was crazy tho,but I already said she was Creole).

I've had some Korean oxtail before, pho with oxtail too. It's just hella versatile.
