I don’t get it. They’re fatty as hell and a criminally low amount of meat for the price. Had a shorty make me some and it cost her about $30 worth for just over 1 serving. It was cool n all but I’m fighting for my life to get to the meat pause.
Ribs are just as good and way more convenient and better experience
Oxtails are like crab legs or crab boils. It’s not all that but it just sounds good

But that may be due to the hype last few years. Just went wayy overboard.
I'd rather eat the vegan version. I'm old enough to have been raised on neck bones and chitlins, I refuse to pay someone for a plate of either.
