but i take theraflu
one thing i take too is ginger beer. (usually the Reeds joints or Jamaican joints which ever that has that 'bite').

They also good if you get a sore throat or whatever.

I got a stuffy nose. Had drainage before and caused my throat to be sore. Been taking mucinex extra strength. It seemed liked it helped early but now not so much. Toddies felt ok but i felt the best after i had a 7.5 tab cuz my nose was burning so bad. It's been 4eva since i had a cold like this and i have never had the flu.

Zyrtec is good for the sinus though my G you might want to inquire about it and read up to see if it coincide with you. To make sure you dont have an allergic reaction etc.

doctor had me on that back in the day. use to have sinus so bad that my face would be swollen.

I cant even think about smokin right now...any time its been like this i don't get the enjoyment i would if i wasnt sick. I've had about 5 dranks since i asked this question and one brew. Still no buzz. The only thing i would believe to affect me is a loritab since i had it and felt straight. Hoping this shyt is halfway gone by tomorrow. Def dont think it will be all the way...

Nothing really makes me feel better. I stopped taking cold medicine cause that ish seems to only aggravate things.

I sleep as much as I can, drink tons of water and try to get a little fresh air.

Ever since I started eating halfway decent my colds are easier to deal with and passes quicker. Went from being on my deathbed for almost a week to just chilling for 2 1/2 days. Had one show up last Saturday evening and woke up Tuesday morning with not nan symptom. Not even that gross mucousy cough. I was amazed.
