Business casual. Don't need a tie, but its gotta be a collared shirt, slacks, and some dress shoes

Lucked up and got a job where the dress code is casual. No tube tops or anything like that though.

Personally I work in IT and wear pretty much the same thing I'd wear if I wasn't at work. Jeans, polo shirts, sweatshirts, etc so straight casual for me on the daily.

Same.

On a normal day in my office you can find a range of shirts and ties down to shorts/sweats and sandals.

Jeans & t-shirt is cool at my office. I wear dark jeans / chinos and a shirt most days,.

I wouldn't call it casual because I wouldn't come to work wear track bottoms to the office and that's what I wear mostly in my spare time. However, i'm on the "business" side of things, we tend to dress smarter than the technology guys. If I was a developer I would wear joggers.
