I cant stand American egocentrism sometimes. Lowest common denominator breh. There are plenty of ethnicities who look similar to outsiders by coincidence, who may not be related and who may find it disrespectful to lump there cultures togethers. And India is located in the subcontinent while Arabs live in the Arab peninsula, two different regions. You might aswell say American indians are mongolians.
