i always feel so Low Brow anytime someone asks me this question

I guess because I live in LA it seems like everyone has these ~* super fancy*~ pallets.

Like, oh my favorite dish is locally harvested lobster roulade with a side of sautéed cabbage"
or "gluten free sushi with some grilled sashimi, and fresh spring leaves mixed with kale and a dabble of champagne vinaigrette"

and Im just like, I like pastrami sandwiches, fried catfish, and french fries
