Somewhat hard to think spring clothes here in NY because it still feels like winter will never end, but I've already copped a few pieces. Banana Republic had a 40% of sale last week and I copped 3 shirts/2 pants for about $100-ish bucks. Nice cuts/fit and no baggy stuff. I'm really making the effort to rely less on jeans unless its some super dark, crispy selvedge quality denim that can go with some new footwear pickups (cole naan shoes/boots, etc). And while I'm doing my corporate thing, the shirt/ties/slacks might get worn outside of the office a lil more. I'm trying to purge out some of my weaker items from the closet and have quality shyt across the board
that sometimes means you gotta spend a lil bread but when you cop shyt for the low, low price, you usually get wack cuts, colors, styles, etc. At some point, a $50 shirt might just have more quality/style than the Old Navy joints.
I'm also trying to rock more hats (not fitteds), like the paperboy style hats that I was never able to wear back in day because they just didnt look right. I've been growing my hear for almost a year now and have the curly (non-picked) fro popping off and the hats will fit better. I just need to find a spot in the city where i can try some on.
as far as footwear goes, no more fukking sneakers unless i'm in the gym, on the track sprinting or running in a race (did the marathon last year). Unless I somehow acquired some standout shyt like some Yeezys, I'm not rocking sneakers casually. The only exception will be something like the Nike Flyknit joints which are simply

. Dont wanna spend 125-150 for some damn sneakers but those Flyknit shyts are official
