Water, Lemon, Ginger, first thing waking up,

Breakfast - Protein Shake (Vegan Protein Powder, Almond Milk, Banana, almond or peanut butter, chia / or flax )

If I’m hungry I’ll have oatmeal w blueberries / overnight oats & eggs or tofu scramble w. Peppers, spinach, etc.

Banana or Blueberry Pancakes / waffles w Turkey bacon on the weekend (protein powder + oat flour)
You’re a liar.
No one has ever enjoyed the taste of ginger.

Well, sometimes I don't eat breakfast because I don't want to feel bloated and heavy in the morning but when I do eat, I'll usually have bacon, scrambled cheese eggs, and buttered 100% whole grain toast or a buttered onion bagel.

OR to keep it simple I'll make a breakfast sandwich consisting of bacon and a few fried cheese eggs cooked in bacon grease, yolks fully cooked or slightly runny depending on the mood, either on toasted whole grain bread, a buttered and toasted English muffin or on a toasted onion/everything bagel with butter and cream cheese.
