I know most of you nikkas gotta be frontin. Eating veggie sticks with some water and shyt for a big game.

FYI, I dropped 25 pounds last year and ate things like fried chicken and other delicious things regularly. It's all about calories in versus calories out. Some of you really think you'll be set back eating wings for a day? Let's me know you're really telling :duck:

I feel you, I don't eat certain shyt because I don't want to be on the treadmill an extra 40-60 minutes working it off the next day.
