What's your GOAT story for a FPS game?

Story wise my favorite FPS is Half Life.

Single player campaign wise its the halo series. That last scene in the warthog in halo 2 is still one of my favorite moments in gaming period.

Bioshock series. Bioshock 2 gets slept on storywise it wasn't as original as 1 or Infinite but the DLC story for 2 was excellent

Nah that's 2 that ended in the big escape scene in the warthog. I used to just play that level over and over again

The fukk? How did 1 end then? I thought 1 was escaping some exploding thing in warthog, and 2 ended kind of... abruptly if I recall like, "...stay tuned for the NEXT season of HALO!" In fact, I remember being pissed.
