iPhone 11 has a better battery than the 12. I guess I should have waited for the 13. My brother has an iPhone 11 and his is still 95% for over 2 years.

Got the battery replaced. It's better but still bad. Definitely can't go a full day of use without a top up. The battery life on the Note20 Ultra with the original battery is better than the iPhone 12 Pro with a new battery. The Note is still a one charge all day phone. Might be the Apple Watch draining it but I have the Galaxy Watch with the Note and it still manages.

Battery sucks really bad. I'm considering having Apple replace it. I'm upset the health declined this fast. My iPhone X I had took over 2 years to get this low.

I use my iPhone X all the time and it’s the same level of battery health as you got.
