Definitely not my top 4 personal games tho. Can easily substitute Mario RPG for a couple others but I think the first 3 are a given. Maybe original Pokemon?

I don't remember a lot about that one. I definitely like the combat better in Parasite Eve though. They did a great job of letting you have free movement while still keeping the traditional RPG mechanics. In that respect Parasite Eve was very ahead of its time, considering now square is making the move back to that in their new final fantasy.
