1-5% of the population, guess that explains why I don't value people not related to me.

ENTJs are strategic, organized and possess natural leadership qualities. They are master coordinators that can effectively give direction to groups. They are able to understand complicated organizational situations and quick to develop intelligent solutions. ENTJs are outspoken and will not hesitate to speak of their plans for improvement. They are decisive and value knowledge, efficiency and competence.
decisive, fearless, planner, thrill seeker, engaged, social, self centered, comfortable around others, image conscious, likes to be center of attention, adventurous, outgoing, manipulative, emotionally stable, leader, ambitious, hard working, dominant, prepared, hates to be bored, confident, opinionated, analytical, prepares for worst case scenarios, organized, orderly, clean, driven, resourceful, finishes most things they start, achieving, risk taker, desires fame/acclaim, image focused, narcissistic, arrogant, perfectionist, driven, academic, scientific, critical, avoids giving in to others, does not like to compromise, skeptical

We delved into Jung's personality concepts a lot while I was at Indiana majoring in Psych. While I did agree with the findings every time I took the tests; I found out that I have 2 sides. I'm internally a relaxed Introvert a lot of the time around my closest friends. That's because I'm friends with people who have ridiculously strong personalities and I generally am a observer in our groups and allow them to just make fools of themselves while only occasionally diving in. That's how my closest friends would describe me, an Introvert. However, at work, at school, around strangers or even randomly with my boys I'm a bit more of an extrovert. 70% of the time I would say so. Around others with mild personalities, I seem like the center of the party. I've noticed I switch up a lot almost to the point of me feeling a bit bi polar. I'm coming to understand it as an environmental mechanism. Psychology Today dedicated an issue on Introverts in September of 2010, I still have the issue. Its a great read. I found a link Revenge of the Introvert-PT

Within the Jungian Model it's all in functional analysis. ENTJs have Extroverted Thinking as the powerhouse of their personalities. Whenever they're in an environment that requires quick thinking and sound decision making (work, school) that part of their personality is in high gear. They appear more extroverted because their attitudes adapt to the situation at hand, probably more than any other MBTI type.

oh

Personal relationships, particularly romantic ones, can be the INTJ's Achilles heel. While they are capable of caring deeply for others (usually a select few), and are willing to spend a great deal of time and effort on a relationship, the knowledge and self-confidence that make them so successful in other areas can suddenly abandon or mislead them in interpersonal situations.

This happens in part because many INTJs do not readily grasp the social rituals; for instance, they tend to have little patience and less understanding of such things as small talk and flirtation (which most types consider half the fun of a relationship). To complicate matters, INTJs are usually extremely private people, and can often be naturally impassive as well, which makes them easy to misread and misunderstand. Perhaps the most fundamental problem, however, is that INTJs really want people to make sense. :-) This sometimes results in a peculiar naivete', paralleling that of many Fs -- only instead of expecting inexhaustible affection and empathy from a romantic relationship, the INTJ will expect inexhaustible reasonability and directness.
