the best scene in a superhero movie is still that scene in Avengers where Hulk lands in that empty warehouse/factory, we assume to be somewhere in New Jersey, and he ask Harry Dean Stanton who is a security guard at the place, did he hurt anybody. Stanton replies, "No ones around here to get hurt." Hulk says guess Im lucky . Stanton says "Good Aim, you were awake when you fell" Its a good snapshot of a post production America that we are all dealing with the aftershocks of.
I like the scene before where Thor staring at his hammer before retrieving it, thinking "My brother is an a$$hole, these people are a$$holes, what am I doing here". That line of thinking of course carries on to the next movie...

EDIT: Can't find a quality vid of it, but Magneto killing Shaw is definitely another fantastic scene. Imagine if Marvel Studios had X-Men rights. We could've had Magneto vs. Red Skull
