Yes and when material conditions get really bad we're going see that all the old political tools to change it no longer exist. And any meaningful protest is met with a tiananmen square style massacre. And it will be justified by all remaining mainstream media outlets because all the other outlets have been purged. That's what a right wing autocracy will look like.

And at that point the only pathway forward will be massive civil disobedience, at worse civil conflct.

Are people really ready for that type of action?

But you will see something like that in world history, which is what every democrat party agenda is pushing for at this point. To go back to a one world government.
