What's your Real Work Schedule Like: Lunch, Smoke Breaks, Sit In Car Regrouping Break & Restroom Break, Walking around Flirting & Talking shyt Break?

I'm scheduled to work 8:30am to 4:30pm, but that rarely happens.

I usually get in anywhere from 8-9am and just round down when it's time to leave

Take my first break around 1030am

Hour Lunch at 12-1pm

Restroom Break around 230pm

My pre-get off break at 330pm

Leave usually around 4 to 415pm


There's really no women here so I don't have no one to flirt with and not many brothers to shoot the shyt with.

I worked less in office vs working from home. Probably gave 6 hrs/day in office vs 7 1/2 from home

Working my ass off from 7a-7p caring for these sick babies….30 min lunch break when I can find someone to cover….giving report at 7p and running away at 730p

I work from home. I’m on the clock for 8 hours, but I’m in sales, so my day truly depends on how many people I can speak to before my lunch.

My lunch break is an hour, so I’ll usually do weights or 2 miles, depending on the day.

My last 4 hours are typically cruise control. Call back people I spoke with earlier that day, get contracts signed, etc.

On some days I’m extremely busy, but it’s an easy job. I get paid to entertain people and take their money in exchange for a FinTech service.

There are some days where it’s slow and I’m on here more or taking my dog for longer walks, etc.

Start at 2pm, clock in, get my gear on. A little group meeting. Set up my station. Don't really start work till about 3.

1st break 4-4:15, just sit in my car, listen to music.

Work till 6:15, lunch

6:45 stretch whatever little works left till 9.

Last break at 9.

Come back, clean up, stand around till 10:30

Job is cool but I work with mostly older Mexican dudes so I don't really have much to talk about. Not really that much of a talker anyway so that last half hour draaaaags.


Last place I was at was better cause it was people around my age and we just unloaded trailers the whole day, the shifts would go by so fast

8:30 - Noon = Actual work. Answering emails, checking status, meetings, etc
Noon - 3 = Lunch. Client calls if I have any that day otherwise I'm mostly chilling watching Colin Cowherd show
3 - 5:30 = Gym or I watch soccer if it's a rest day

Sometimes after I get back I'll do cleanup work that came in during the afternoon or just save it for the morning

Depends on my day but I get at least a 4 hour break when I work at home
