my money is my parents money...if they need i am there, but my siblings :camby:...i am the most responsible when it comes to money and they expect me to pay if they need something. Somehow they feel entitled to the money i have been saving up for years while they just go on random trips and their bank account hits 0 before the end of the month.

Shyt is frustrating.....because if i were to fall then i can't rely on none of them, but i am always the one to bail them out.

1. Never loan $ amount that you can't afford. Don't expect it back.

2. You have one time to not pay me back. After that, the water well is closed.

I have a former homeboy that owes me $500. That was from 2017. Dude avoided me like I'm contagious. I charged it to the game. Dude could desperately need money and I will say "I Don't Have It".

I loan a ole homegirl $700. She gave me this sob story about not being able to cover her rent. The bytch ghosted me then eventually blocked me. No we wasn't fukking and wasn't trying to fukk.

I have a couple cousins that ghosted me after asking and receiving some chump change from me. I'm gonna lose no sleep over it. I just store it in my memory. Don't ask me for shyt else.

I lend money to close friends and family only. But they only get one time to pay me back. If they don't pay me back, or I have to find/ask them, then that is the absolute last time.

I have loaned my sister money more than a few times. She always pays me back quick and sometimes gives me more than what I gave her. Sometimes people fall on certain times they can't control. If you have it and can give it and you trust that person, then why not give it?

I usually give no questions asked, and if you don't pay back that's your problem.

On of my friends who passed, I regret not giving helping him out more. His family never helped him, and eventually became so overwhelmed he called it a day I guess. Since then I try to help but at the same time I keep it reasonable.

One thing I've noticed though is that a lot more people are asking more than ever. I guess cause I'm getting older and the economy is shyt

it's not really a good idea under any circumstances. last time I loaned out money to a dude I known for over 20 years, I haven't heard shyt from him, and that's been over 18 months. I'm not surprised, but it just proves my point.

at the time I loaned out the money, I had a 2nd part time job paying me an extra $2400 per month, so I was hella flush for money at the time.

Honestly, I don't loan bc folks don't ask. Not too sure if its because, outside of professional attire for work, I dress in very casual/ non-flashy clothing (think a plumber, etc.) and they think I'm broke. Works for me nonetheless.:manny:

When it comes to lending money I turn into Vince McMahon. I give opportunities, not guaranteed contracts or loans. :youngsabo:

I got an opportunity for you to mow this lawn and clean out these gutters for that $75 you barking about :youngsabo:

and you coming in as an independent contractor, if you get injured on the job that's on you :youngsabo:

Most people I tell no but

My 3 best friends yes, they have held me down and gave me no payback date when I needed loans. Essentially gave it to me and I still paid them back.

My younger sister I usually tell no now, use to give it to them for rent and everything else cause I felt bad, they have kids and are single moms, but they never gave it back, even when they get 10k in taxes and shyt

Two older brother I’ve loaned them and never got it back, so I won’t again

Most of the times I loan I expect to not get it back. So I stay away from it.

Damn, family shouldn't do you like that. Glad my family is doing well.

Why is it Family, Friends and WOMEN? Why exactly are Women in their own category?

Also if Family (immediate only) and a close friend (like 5-10 years) Asks me for money I'm not asking for it back because they'll take care of me down the road.

I deal with a lot of women. :manny: I'm a whore when single.

Never give more than what you’re willing to lose unless you’ve built a rapport with that person. Meaning you’ve loaned them money before and they’ve paid you back without any issues.
