I am also going to begin weightlifting again once I get clearance from my neuro team, and that'll be good because I know my Mars-Pluto conjunction needs that physical release. Exactly. Sometimes I feel disconnected from the world because i'm so busy analyzing and reading everything and everybody that I don't have a chance to just flat out enjoy an experience completely and live in the moment.

Trust me, you are not alone. I get it. It can be really frustrating. I read a quote somewhere that says "I feel everything very deeply." So true. I may not express that I do, but I do, and it's either good or bad depending, because I tend to hold onto things (Taurus moon--possessive, so are the Scorpio traits) when I need to let go. I'm getting better at it due to some more life experiences that have forced me to let go and appreciate now, but it's not easy!
