Whats your tinned fish game like?

Never had the courage to try this (except for tuna) but yall making me think i'm missing out. I think i'm going to try some canned mackeral and see how i like it.

Mackerel is high in protein and a good fish but honestly a bit of a tough texture. I eat trout time to time too which you may like but I think sardines are great. But I'd suggest getting ones from Spain or Portugal

I'll try the sardines, Saw some videos online that gave me some ideas.

I like using sardines for pasta sometimes, or throwing them in sauteed veggies if I don't want something more elaborate.
